
Connecting Mississippi Youth & Families through Literacy

Natalie Dickens is a member of the Magnolia Literacy Project’s Blossoms Mother-Daughter Reading Club. She graduated from Jackson State University in 2023 with summa cum laude distinction, earning her B.S. degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies. A Social Media Content Creator at Compass Strategies, she leads social media and content strategy for the 375 Reconnecting Communities Project, a $400M campaign focused on rebuilding connections and creating new opportunities for Detroit’s residents and businesses in partnership with the Michigan Department of Transportation. Natalie’s role also entails creating videos and managing Instagram and Facebook accounts as well as designing the project’s logo and visual identity.
