Sabréa Jordan is Vice-President of the Magnolia Literacy Project’s Blossoms Mother-Daughter Reading Club. She is a 2025 graduate of Murrah High School, where she was selected as Salutatorian. A young artist, avid reader, and museum-lover, she served as President of the Wells APAC chapter of the National Art Honor Society; the southeastern representative on the National Art Honor Society student council; one of the first teen members of the Mississippi Museum of Arts’ Center for Art and Public Exchange; and a member of the Mississippi Museum of Art Teen Council. She has been awarded the Secondary Rising Star Award by the National Art Education Association and has received, among many other awards, a National silver medal for her artwork from Scholastics Art and Writing. When she is not doing community work, she is watching sitcoms and romcoms; hanging out with her friends and family; or playing video games. She wishes to become an art educator and work at a museum someday. Sabréa will start her undergraduate studies at Mississippi College in the fall of 2025.
